Horizon Direct Depot Warranty for Shower Heads, Shower Systems, and Faucets
At Horizon Direct Depot, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to address any concerns you may encounter. We offer a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty on our shower heads, shower systems, and faucets, ensuring your satisfaction as our valued customer.
What is Covered:
We warrant our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, workmanship, and finish. This factory warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser from the initiation of the retail purchase. Our warranty serves as the sole and exclusive remedy, superseding all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of our products.
What is not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in connection with our products. Additionally, it excludes any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product. This includes scratching or surface damage due to misuse, as well as LED lights on our products, such as shower heads and faucets.
What We Will Do:
At our discretion, we will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service during the applicable 1-year warranty period. If repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Labor charges incurred by the purchaser for repair, replacement, installation, or removal are not covered by this warranty. We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation, maintenance, or repair. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be available for all warranty claims.
Easy Exchange or Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below:
Product Return Policy:
Returned items must be unused and unblemished, retaining the original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at info@horizondirectdepot.com for your RMA number.
Products returned for a refund/credit are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping, handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receipt of your order and according to listed guidelines.
Please inspect the boxes immediately after delivery and report any damage within 4 days of UPS/FedEx delivery to provide a prompt replacement.
Previously Installed Products:
Products that have been installed, modified, or have missing parts cannot be returned. Such merchandise may qualify under a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, and we are here to assist you with this process.
Special Orders:
Special orders must be paid for in full in advance and are non-returnable. No refund can be issued for special ordered items.
For damaged products, report the damage within 4 days of UPS/FedEx delivery to initiate a prompt replacement.
