Horizon Direct Depot Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Horizon Direct Depot. Our updated return policy gives you 60 days from delivery to return eligible items purchased directly through Horizon Direct Depot or Cascada Showers. (Please note: purchases made on Amazon and eBay remain subject to a 30-day return window.)
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- All parts, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending anything back. Please email us to request an RMA.
- Custom or special orders are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available. Once your return shipment is scanned in transit or received at our warehouse, we will process and ship the replacement item.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team to request an RMA number.
- Repack the item securely with all original parts, manuals, and packaging.
- Include the packing slip and RMA number inside the shipment.
- Ship the return to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
