This review is a bit difficult for me to write because I wasn’t able to complete the installation. The instructions provided didn’t match the product I received. For example, the manual refers to inserting four AA batteries into the control box, but there’s no compartment for batteries…instead, the unit comes with an AC adapter. It also includes a mixing valve, but there are no steps in the instructions that explain how or when to install it.The faucet body itself feels solid and has a premium weight to it, which suggests decent build quality. The control box is fairly large… about 5 by 3.5 inches and a little over 2 inches deep, so keep that in mind when planning your setup. One detail that raised an eyebrow was a sticker placed over the caution label on the AC adapter, which made it feel like it might have been repurposed, though I can’t confirm that. For reference, I received model HD-509DC. It comes with wall anchors, screws, and an o-ring. While the internal components don’t appear to be top-tier, they seem reasonable enough for the price.Unfortunately, due to the mismatched instructions and unclear installation steps, I wasn’t able to complete the setup, so I can’t recommend this product at this time.
