This is a water faucet. You’ve all seen this type of faucet in gas stations, public bathrooms, and other places where you put your hands near or under the water, and the water starts. The water is normally set at a preset temperature of warm or cold water, but when you put your hands under the Faucet, the water starts flowing when you take your hands away. Shortly thereafter, the water stops. This is a water savings device for commercial bathroom facilities. Will you have lots of people coming in to use your bathroom, and some of them may not be concerned about turning the water off appropriately, which and prevent loss of water. Additionally expenses the owners install this type of product that automatically turns the water on and off, illuminating the need for a spicket.Apparently is no water control. They just talk a lot about keeping the solenoid, which is a clear area near the base of the faucet that should be cleaned to make certain it doesn’t get blocked. If it gets blocked, or may stay on and not turn off, they also say it bright sunlight can damage the solenoid device that is reading. I’m looking for movement of hands under the faucet so to install this device correctly you would have to set the temperature of the water that you want mixing correctly, the hot and cold water so you come out with soy lukewarm type of water that your customers can use to wash your hands or whatever they’re washing or in certain circumstances you may just wanna have cold water coming out for example, if this was in a beach house or a place that is only used during the summer months With lots of people coming into the bathroom they may not want hot water. They just want to wash their hands and wipe them with paper towels. Hot water may not be a necessity in those circumstances. The fact that it does not clearly offer a way to mix the hot and cold water is a factor that would make me be concerned about the use of this faucet because I believe most people, most customers in your establishment, if you want a restaurant or diner or whatever it may be, are going to want to have some mix of warm and cold water. I think you can still do that with this, but I don’t see a clear wave emerging or a clear direction from the manufacturers on how it should be accomplished.
